I start to ask a question
Oops, she's on the phone
She raises a hand to me
Wait
I am now on hold
I have to make appointments to speak to my own mother
Not to mention reservations to speak to my big brother
He's got lines of people waiting
I thought I was VIP
I refuse to wait behind a crowd
Like I'm not specialty
It appears I've been wait listed
But really, that's okay
I've got a novel to write, a boy to see
I'm not gonna wait all day
