Plain, the same.
Nothing new, never changing.
Dust in the wind.
A dime a dozen.
A grain of sand on the beach
To be plain, the same.
To never change.
To be ordinary.
Can we be
more than a dime a dozen.
or grains of sand on a beach.
More than just a number.
More than just a face.
There are those of us
who hear the calling of the wind.
We embrace that calling
with a fervor and a passion
Not plain, the same
Not never changing.
Not ordinary.
Extraordinary.
