I am crying.

I wasn't before, but...

Now.

Now I am crying.

Now the mistakes of my past are hitting my full force

Burning a hole in my chest

Singeing the feathers of hope I once had.

I am crying.

Why am I crying?

And it all comes back to me,

ripping me.

destroying me.

I am crying.

And it hurts.

It hurts and I can't stop.

It hurts and I can't stop and my head is rushing and I'm dizzy and...

and...

 

I am not crying.

I am not crying, I am smiling.

I am smiling because I see the world for what it is.

Beautiful, and alive..

And I have life.

Life is beautiful.
