Will the memories stay?
They say I’ll be okay,
And that the surgery will be fine,
But how can anyone know for sure.
Will the memories stay?
What if I wake up and don’t remember,
Then nothing will be the same,
Or what if I can’t learn anything new,
At least will the memories stay?
