Will the memories stay?
Do you remember the memories?
Or simply fade away?
Will yesterday stay?
Or is that too, like the memories?
Gone? Forever? No memory of them?
Are the moments of you teaching me to drive alive
Or have those whittled away as well?
Do you remember all the things you taught me,
And the moments we shared?
