His Reason

The boy who they taunted;
For not throwing a punch;
Already gets it at home;
Bruises and scars;
A story for everyone;
Everynight;
Going home,
To a boxing match,
The only difference--
He can’t fight back;
The more drinks;
The more scars;
His father is ruthless;
Only stopping,
When he can no longer go on;
Till one day;
He never stopped,
Sending his boy;
6 feet under.
