"When someone truly cares about you, they make an effort not an excuse"

His fingers moved in such a way
That it seemed the clocks
Moved on their own
The sound of his ticking clocks
Soothed his body down
But there was a clock
That he loved out of all others
For in this clock a fairy lived
That he grew to love each second
Of each passing day
Yet only on one night
He will be able to see
Her turn into a beautiful woman
On a rainy midnight
She came outside the clock
And faced him
Watching her, he admired
The way her wings smoothed
Into her shoulder blades
And what a gorgeous woman she became
With skin milk white
With lips strawberry pink
With eyes as blue as winter
With hair the same green as spring leaves
He heard his heart sighing
At her beauty
Going up to him
Her hands gripped his heart
Horror struck him as she
Brought his heart
To her lips and
Bit down into the soft flesh
Savoring the explosion
Of blood in her mouth
Away she left, stepping over his dead body
Out on a hunt, she went for her kill
