We’ve been back and forth,
Up and down
To the moon
And back around
So after all this pain
I think it’s time
To walk away
This is goodbye
Every now and then
I stop and think
Why you tell me something
Then turn around and wink
I’m tired of these games
And i don’t know what to say
What happens when I can’t feel
The pain
I grasp the truth
With welcoming arms
And I sew a patch
With a piece of yarn
I dont really need you
Like I thought I did
Cause when you went against me
I took out my feelings
And closed the lid
