Alone MAG
The darkness creeps into my dwelling as the lights are all turned off.
Stuck with nothing but my anticipation, that dwell in my joyful head
I sit on my mattress with my head in my hands
The feeling of being alone
The darkness drowns me
My breath caught in my throat
My hands clutching at it as I gasp for air
The feeling of being alone
I run outside into the night
Trying to catch my breath
I gasp and I cry as I look to the sky.
The feeling of being alone
The small little stars that shimmer above
Calming me as my breath recovers
I breathe in, quickly filling my lungs.
Coughing and sputtering
The feeling of being alone
While the inky nights can feel the same
As if this was all a thing
A common occurrence that happens a lot
With the feeling of being alone

This was inspired by my first panic attack, the way I was feeling when I had it and realizing why I had it.
