All is fair
That is what you say
Life is never fair
Is what the wise man says
Life is short
Is what I say
Time is fading
Says the preacher
I don’t care
Says the prisoner
Who is the prisoner, you, the wise man, me, or the preacher?
One may never know.
Maybe one, two, or three
Maybe all at once
One thing’s for sure, you will never know

I always think about how we as humans tend to judge people by appearances, never thinking that you don't know who the prisoner is out there. The professor at the college, yourself, the preacher the only person you can really know for sure is yourself.
