Our Revolution
With the mask we hide our emotions with
the mind sets we use to deceive you all
the latest clothes we wear with disgust but hold the longing for acceptation in
the hair we’ve constructed of dyes, products, and tools
Even the fake smiles you can’t see through
  It’s never enough
Everyday we diligently put effort into our images
  but it’s never enough
No matter how hard we try
You are still narcissistic self centered oppressors of dark that fill souls with sadness and depth
You say words that ring ear drums and cause depression
You are the bringer of suicide
  You have ruined joyful existences
All because it is never enough
  We are never enough
We are not skinny enough or not smart enough
or maybe we exceed your boundaries of common
We are too smart or pretty and we become threats
You become even more selfish and decide to squash every good thing about us
  We are saying no more
Everyone you have ruined are standing up
We will not put up with your nonsense
  We are strong individuals
We are taking down the masks and demeanors
We are taking off the clothes and dyes
We are smiling on our own
