Lazarus Has Fallen Asleep
  A ragged
Ripple of air enters my lungs
  Again,
  Signifying that I’m still
  “Alive.”
  You always loved
  Me and my writing, so
  I wrote you a letter
  Though, I
Don’t think I’ll use it just yet.

  You always said
Bad things aren’t the end, yet
It has felt as such for
  Such a while
  I wonder if
  Death
  Will be my beginning.
