Clouds

Warm soft blankets across the sky
The cold chills down your spine
Gentle cover
Hearing the slow cry for help
Streams of light
Struggle their way through
Being found
Melting into nothing
A low rumble
Waiting to strike
Patiently waiting
No flicker of light
No need for the cold cover
They Drift away
Finally Gone
