I crave for those long summer nights at the cottage

Sitting aroung the campfire, slowly cooking our marshmallows till the perfect gooey consistency

Singing songs so loudly with no care in the world

Watching the stars on the deck, drawing out different shapes with our fingers

Pontoon boat rides and spontaneous jumps in the lake fully clothed

The cottage is my escape

A place where I can go to get away from all the stress and sadness

A place that feels safe and free

A place that accepts me and makes me feel happy

I'm lucky to have found something that makes leaving so hard 

I crave for that feeling when life, in my eyes, is absolutely perfect
