head, breathe in.
No cheers no jeers there's only
She and I, breathe out

Wind up starts, she’s shifting
Her eyes I’m calm

She’s focused right on the
Catcher’s glove. I’m focused right
On the spin of the ball.

It lands perfectly in the pocket
