Walk a mile in my mind
But be careful of what you see
Walk a mile in my mind
and get to know the real me
Walk a mile in my mind
and see my fears and dreams
Walk a mile in my mind
and see that my smiles are not what they seem
Walk a mile in my mind
and see the hell that I live each day
Walk a mile in my mind
before you open your mouth and preach at me and say
"Just be happy, smile more, look on the bright side"
Walk a mile in my mind
Before you underestimate why I want to die
Walk a mile in my mind
Before you judge me next
Walk a mile in my mind
And consider this my last request.
