When I get lost in a book
  As I opened the lid,
to this world ‘adieu’ I bid.
I reached a world that was strange to me,
where I could even talk to a bee.
  Every kingdom was blessed
with a king, with whom did the final authority rest.
Rapunzael , Cindrella and Snow White, I could see,
Imaginig as if it were me.
Alluring princesses were found in each of the edges
With their awaited princes and obstacles in love legend.
And with a happy ending a look was took
when i got lost in a book
  As I opened the lid,
to this world ‘adieu’ I bid.
I reached a world that was strange to me
  filled with fields of barley.
  Soon Shakespeare appeared
filled with mysteries that were weird.
I could see the Secret Seven optimistic
  always up with some mischief.
  I saw J.K Rowling’s creation
  at Hogwarts station.
And again with a happy ending a look was took
when I got lost in a book.
  Whenever I open this lid,
to strange worlds I take a trip.
  Imagining myself as the protagonist
teaching good lessons to the antagonist.
  Stories seem trending
  with a happy ending
  I take a look
as I get lost in a book.
