First Tattoo
On my eighteenth birthday,
I got a tattoo:
cowboy boots with a flower and
Joanne and Donald’s names on it.
Driving up to see them,
“Nana! Papa!” I yell.
They rush to see me.
I show them my ink.
They cry and we hug
on my eighteenth birthday.

It is my plan for when I am older to get a tattoo of my Papas favorite thing, Cowboys and my Nanas favorite thing, flowers. They are a big part of my life and mean a lot.
