Then and Now
Back then I thought the world was nice,
I believed bad people always paid a price
Now I know that few are good,
I realize that almost no-one does what they should
Then was when I didn't know,
How fast evil spreads, how quickly it can grow
Now is when I finally see the truth,
It proves to be far different from the assumptions of my youth
