Hot Or Cold?
Brrrrr.
The freezing, frost-biting, flurries,
Fastly fly by,
Nipping and cutting away.
I told everyone,
I hated the cold,
But they just didn’t listen to me.
Now, I’m stuck out here,
Shoveling the snow,
While my family sleeps away.
Aaaah.
My burning back it just will not stop,
The extreme heat,
Is singeing my skin.
And I feel a bit crispy,
I tell everyone,
I hate the heat,
But they just don’t listen to me.
Now, I’m stuck out here ,
Selling lemonade,
While my family sleeps away.
My parents ask me,
What I like,
“Hot or Cold?”
I just say
“The Couch.”
And I was never seen again.

I just had the idea for this poem, so I wrote it. It turned out better than I expected.
