Mistake
  Was the word perfection
made just for me and you?
  Our love together
  just grew and grew
  You took me in
as my blanket to keep me warm
You were a place of peace
  a calm in the storm
How great you made me feel
and I thought I had meaning
  Then the truth came out
  of how you were deceiving
  You are the storm
  that took my calm
  Your hand should have never
  been in my palm
  Our love no longer grew
  it only decreased
  You tore me apart
  piece after piece
You still make me want you
but I have to turn away
  You made my "blue skies"
  all cloudy and gray
  Perfection was definitely not made
  for this heartbreak
The word actually made for us
  is mistake
