"I think there must be a place inside of us where dreams go and wait their turn" - Sue Monk Kidd

The last leaf flies off,

The bare tree cries with sap,

"Winter, leave anon!"

The author's comments:

Do trees mourn their last leaf that flies away in the winter wind? Do they crave the rejuvinating spring? In my quest to be empathetic to everything, trees, I've found, are very interesting.
