You watch me with a laugh
I never thought I would love
Like I do right now.
Your skin smells of lime,
Is it silly that I notice?
I don’t hate you now.
I don’t understand,
Why I smile at you gaily,
But you make me blush.
I’m confused by you,
And your strange, funny antiques,
But I do love you.
I wish you knew me,
The way I understand you,
You would love me too.
