Galaxies
Soft and tiny kiss
all the world in one second
my heart reels, gasping.
The look in your eyes
Eager and frightened and new
I have never seen.
The doors open ahead.
I thought this day would never
Come. It’s worth the wait.
Along the Milky Way
there are the signposts, waiting.
Just like I dreamed them.
You were in my dream.
Remember? You wait for me
Along the Milky Way.
