You in a Haiku
You in a haiku,
Or from all of my dreams,
Unrealistic.
You; that's what I want,
Out of everyone out there,
Unseen, 'cept from me.
Your eyes, they look wise,
Old, happy, but incomplete,
Unburdened by love.
You'll find me quite soon,
Out under the stars and moon,
Untouched and private.
You won't be hurt by
Our love, I promise, my dear,
Until I leave you.
You will understand,
Our story will be secret,
Untold for decades.
Yet when the end comes,
Our great secrets we shall share,
Unified at last.
You in a haiku,
Or from all of my dreams,
Unknown in the world.

Reading and understanding this takes a bit of time, and although I've never been in love before, I imagine this is what pure love is like.
Please comment and rate, I want to improve my writing skills.
