There Is Rest for the Weary
November 7, 2013

                                God draws a deep breath
 And blows out the candlelight;
 All good things must end

                                                                                                    Funny, how to me the metaphorical meaning was the surface meaning and the superficial meaning was the metaphorical one. yes, at first glance to me it was all about death and I love how you portrayed this. Yet I must be completely honest and enquire about the title for it is not completely clear to me. Love always, Saphira. Oh and hey, I am in love with your poems. I am subscribing! :D
                                            Thank you to all that commented–it means a lot. I will check out your work. :) I would really appreciate it if you all would check out my haiku "Infinite Cosmos." I put a lot of thought into it, and your insight would be valued. Keep on  writing!!! ~Lexy

I love how you said "God draws a deep breath" instead of just a normal "breath." It makes me feel as though He is reluctant to end a life, yet you justify it with the last line "All good things must end." So true. Amazing job! 5/5
