They Control Me

Why do I feel stupid when I see they are smart?
Why, when they finish, do I not want to start?
Why do their smiles have to make me so sad?
And why do new things make me miss what I had?
Why do my weaknesses scream when they’re strong?
And when did their right moves make mine look wrong?
Why does everything make me flee and not fight?
I don’t know. That’s just what I’m thinking about tonight.
