I can’t show,
Just want to,
Let them go.
No control,
Of the past,
Just wish,
It didn’t last.
Time is short,
I have to run,
Demon hour,
Is done.
Cold as stone,
For I couldn’t,
Let go.

I feel the same way, I've lived a life full of regret and mistakes that have led me to believe that I'm bad and it hurts when I look back and see the trail of tears I have left.
Yeah, I'm like that, when people tell me the past is dead and that I should start again. I'm like, who says the past is dead? Who can say when a series of bad events is ending or just beginning? Or what if now is just the start of even greater stupidity??? I'm not saying these thoughts are true, just that I tend to think that way. I know I should not believe such thoughts.
This is about the past events that stay with us throughout our lives sometimes making us weak and vulnerable. Please comment!
