Danny dances in the rain.
He finds no reason to complain.
Danny found a friend that falls
That cleanses him, soul and all.
Danny found a spectator,
That doesn’t judge his behavior
Or his dancing or his prancing
In the rain that falls, enchanting.

Danny dances in the rain,
with not a care within his brain.
Danny lets his cares all fall,
With the rain down, down, down.
Danny feels a rush of freedom,
Groove and move and jump inside ’im.
Shaping every leap and thought,
Dancing like he’ll ne’er be caught.

Danny dances in the rain
Oblivious to any pain.
The tiny rocks beneath his toes
Are never a distracting woe.
He feels the night, cold and bitter,
As the raindrops fall and pitter
Patter on his hat, frayed and tattered,
And on his shoes of weathered leather.

Danny left his work with mind
To know that now’s his time to find
A quick escape from his daily grind,
Making him the purer kind.
Danny knows the moon must hide,
Take the sky? The clouds obliged.
Masking Galileo’s pride
Behind their falling moistened hide.

You don't get harmony when everybody sings the same note.

Wow! This is amazing! It made me feel very free and relaxed. Is there some symbolism in here with the rain and his no worries, or is that just me thinking? really good!

So light and happy, like a caramel bubble of goodness! The last four lines are incredibly gorgeous. Made me feel better!

This is amazing. I like where your mind goes with this. It creates a beautiful image and a very good play with the words. I also like how you refrain in this piece. A very good dialect indeed. Great job!

How beautiful:

Wonder in excess,

Imagery beyond success.

Danny may dance,

But so do your words.

Your words, dancing about the brain,

Hitting the senses beyond mundain=>
