Little girl lay in her hospital bed trying to smile and be brave
For her loved ones happiness they so much crave
Her momma says it will be alright
I will be here forever I’m never going to leave your site
She can hear the cold tremble in her voice and see her holding back the tears
She speaks up and tells her momma not be scared and to let go of her fears
As they all say there last good bye

An hour later the doctor came in with some haunting words
