Closure
There is a door open,
Do you feel it too?
There is a door open,
Right inside of you.
Through it walk horrible things,
Things you can not see.
These things are the memories,
Of people, places, and things.
The memories haunt us,
Live deep within our souls.
They are attached to feelings,
On which your heart must hold.
There comes a point in time,
If you know what is good for you,
That you learn to close this door.
This is not so easy to do.
You must do it slowly,
Try if you may.
These memories are buried,
But never go away.
You drown them with happy thoughts,
Let them live within your soul.
They are attached to feelings,
On which your heart must hold.
