I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul

I remember you, since before now,
In a large blue mansion from up above.
‘neath a crystal blue moon, shining brightly up above,
all the stars in the sky shining softly on us, made the balcony glow.
How I remember. . . . . .

This place I recall, where we first met.
Is were we promised eternal love.
Pledging to one another, to see each other again.
Meet in this cursed world, to be together again, rule through the eternities.
How much longer. . . .

Together we waltzed around and around, side by side together in the bright moon light.
Your dark blue dress reflected every star in the sky.
Your long black hair was so silky smooth.

But I can’t remember your sweet face.
The face I so longingly want to see again.
How long will I have to wait.
How far will I go till to see your face again.
How many more will I see till I see your graceful face.
The face belonging to my sweet faceless maid.

Another time, when I saw you,
Was when I had gone, to an island far,
and you said you would wait for me to return from there,
from fighting my beasts and my secret enemy’s from since before now.
How incredible. . . . .

The last time when I saw you,
Was when I protected you from someone else.
She was most large and foul, she followed me everywhere, saying why not take me, I was here before her, please take me with you.
But she wasn‘t you. . . .

Together we’ll waltz around and around, side by side together in the bright sun light. Your long white flowing dress reflecting the love I have for you.
Standing at my side, loving me as I love you.

But I still can’t remember your sweet face.
The face I so longingly want to see again.
How long will I have to wait.
How far will I go till to see your face again.
How many more will I see till I see your graceful face.
The face belonging to my sweet faceless maid.
My sweet faceless maid . . .
