Realize
I have come to realize,
you aren't who you say you are,
so who are you really?
I'm not stupid,
we all meet these people,
but to know you're one of them
it makes me sick,
yeah, I've come to realize,
it's hard to understand
you went that low,
so deep, you're on your feet.
I know I ask for somethings
and this isn't one of them,
I wish you were a true character,
instead of a plain fake actor.
And I know I could have done better,
picking some one else other than you,
but you had me wrapped around your finger,
so tangled, I couldn't untie myself,
you dug so deep in my heart,
I couldn't spend a moment without you in my arms,
some times you have to realize that
I ask for somethings
and this isn't one of them,
I wish you were a true character,
instead of a plain fake actor.
How did we get so far?
How did we get so lost?
How can you go on living like this?
Being someone you truly aren't,
being a fake actor,
I realize how you work,
sneak around pretending you're real.
All I wanted was you to love me,
don't lie and come up with an excuse,
I know how it works,
because,
I asked for somethings
and that wasn't one of them,
I wished you were a true character,
instead of a plain fake actor.
Sometimes I have learn to let go,
because I'm who I am
I wish you could say the same,
but I was smart enough to realize.
