children of love
busy streets in a lonley city
so many faces pass you by
it turns a blur where is the beauty
would God himself even recognize
Children of love where have you all gone
my brothers and sisters what have we become
we've let life turn from a joy to a job
we must get back what we've let them rob
lost souls on a crowded subway
faceless keeping chaos inside
counting down to they're final day
they only find peace once they die.
Children of love where have you all gone
my brothers and sisters what have we become
we've let life turn from a joy to a job
we must get back what we've let them rob
pick your face up off the ground
move your feet for hate to cease
learn to dance to a different sound
to live and love in harmony and peace
