Wake up in this world age 17
Not knowing what my next move will be
Walking away is not my plan
Waiting here, waiting for the right time to step on stage
Waiting for the right time to make my pay
You may hate me but I don’t care
Only one thing I truly care
My baby girl the one I love
The one id do anything for
She’s the reason for me to live
She make me able to see
She may have no clue what I say
But she will always no this is true
That I love her throughout
Up here on stage I rap for here
Rap so I can get the good life just for her
Find a place where she can grow up good
A place far from the hood
The area so she can grow up right
The right place where there won’t be a fight
Allow here to I’ve how all kids should
Live in a true house, not in the hood
