Clueless to Love

as the beauty of the sun rises,

i wake

to another

day

once again...alone.

the lack of another

for loves enjoyment to smother

has yet again...

turned my heart into stone.

i find myself constantly thinking,

what type of love is right?

is it to share a kiss?

enjoy in bliss?

or lay in her arms,

forever...

together...

ever so tight?

this answer i may never truly know

clueless is to me the meaning of love

clueless is to me how it seems

all i can do now is wait, wish, and dream

this is another poem that i wrote about how love is avoiding me or maybe that i am avoiding love. and what it feels like to be in love.

I shall never grow up. Make believe is much too fun.
You cannot depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus.

This is very relate-able and the rhyme scheme is sweet and 'clean.' I love reading poems that don't sound too corney with the rhyme pattern, so this is definatley one of my fave's ;)
