When Were You Mine?
You were mine since we met and
I never thought of you with anyone else
When you walked up to me
With that girl by your side
My heart cracked open
My soul cried
(Chorus: How could you choose a girl like her
Over a girl like me?
Within a week you'll be
Sad and lonely and I'll still cry over you
But I stop sometimes and I realize
When were you mine?)
She's a good deal prettier
But I'm smarter than her
She wants your body
I want your words
You're my friend, I
Don't want you to get hurt
But with her you will be
You two will kill me!
(Chorus)
You tear my heart out
Trample on it every day
Please give it back
I want it back
Don't hurt it that way
(Chorus)

She like a guy.
He's dating another girl who's sort of a...well...she sort of spreads herself around sometimes, and we're both scared she's dating him for bragging rights.
So I wrote this song for her. (And for him)
Done deal :)
Hope you like it, sister!
