The Key to Life
The key I hold most dear to heart
Is somehow hidden among the lost
For this key has locked my life away
And all significance has been tossed

As I look down deep in the eyes of dark
And see my life come passing by
I remember the pain that I have endured
And yet no tears I seem to cry

For I have decided to make a change
Because a stronger person exists in me
And no matter what this change will stay
I’ll be the best that I can be

All my life I have stood the chance
That I’ll never be good enough
But deep way down, inside my heart
I know that life is always rough

Life is a hindrance, life is hard
No matter the person, no matter the heart
And that’s when you’ve gotta keep on going
 Even when you’re set apart

Quitting isn’t an option but happiness is
And to change your life is to change your mind
To be one step forward is to be living your life
Not letting your dreams leave you behind
