Every day I see my crush smile, not at me but different guy I do nothing yet I wish I could
I see them act all cute, inside I die
So for today I'll keep my pain to myself,
And maybe I'll share it with a wishing wells

(Chorus)
Cause wishin' wells are never gonna give me grief,
only hope.
Every secret ever heard, it will never sell though many try
Till my heart is light, I'll share my sorrows with every wishin' well

If only she knew my pain, (small violin solo)
so far she knows little more than my name
I know right now she's happy with someone else,
But I can't help but whisper her name to every wishing well

(Chorus)

I wish I courage to let her know how I feel
Cause I know this emptiness Inside Is So Real
whether or not I will ever confide in her,
only time will tell.
Till then I'll give a coin to every wishin' well

(Chorus)

ooo oo oo oh
