Human
Looks of a greater wind
Locks into the water waves
and the boats just snap like twigs
and while the storm might be fearsome
the aftermath tearsome
My prayers, with you they'll be
May God watch over the mourning son
The mother searching for her darling one
Hands reach near to the hearts, not the guns
When looking over the wreckage
I see humanity, not just humans
What a rare sight to see
I can't do anything
Watching it unfold
But just like that
A simple story can be told.
Fights can just be fought
But emotion can't be bought
May God watch over the mourning son
The mother searching for her darling one
Hands reach near to the hearts, not the guns
When looking over the wreckage
I see humanity, not just humans
What a rare sight to see
Are they just signs to you?
These people looking for ground to call a bed?
All will be forgotten
If any is remembered in the first place
While who is with who
and which celebrity does what
Will be remembered forever?!
Do in these cruel acts lie escape?
But the answer is in the impact you make.
May God watch over the mourning son
The mother searching for her darling one
Hands reach near to the hearts, not the guns
When looking over the wreckage
I see humanity, not just humans
What a rare sight to see
We are the humans
A simple-minded species.
What the "little guys" teach us
Are the only accepted pieces.
Open your eyes, open you eyes.
Your "saviors" are just the devils in disguise.
