Favorite Quote:
A friend is someone who can see the truth and pain in you even when you are fooling everyone else.

I saw
All the people gently coming
Gently going
All wanting to be told
All wanting to be told
Am I pretty?
Am I worth it?
Am I wanted?

And I wanted to scream "Yes, you're beautiful"
But I couldn't
I can only reflect the truth distorted by your tinted glasses
They tell you you're not worth it
And they tell you you are broken
But you're not

So many times I've seen
So many people broken
By what they claim to see
A nose too big and face too small
Hair too brown or height too tall
And what I see is not

I see beauty in your pain hidden deep within
You try to hide and fight and think you lose
But it's those who fight you
Those who deny themselves
That truly lose

Can't you see your beauty as I do?
I have no face of my own
I see and I admire
I see beauty pass before me every day
And it's the same old pain that hides behind their eyes

But I have none
I'm an empty picture
I reflect what you see truthfully
Not distorted by those tinted glasses
