Life is God's gift to you. What you do with it is your gift back to him.

VERSE 1

He cowers his head as he walks down the halls,
Hoping to never be seen
The next thing he knows he gets slammed to the floor
There’s no will to get up again

Laughter surrounding, the hallway is crowding
Tears streaming down his face

BRIDGE

He can’t take it he’s at a brim
If only someone would tell him

CHORUS

Stand up! And believe that
You are you and that’s all you can ever be.
You are wonderful; don’t let them bring you down.
You’re worth more than you could ever believe.
They will push you down, but you can stand back up
Its not easy but you are strong enough
Don’t let them take, your life.

VERSE 2

She thought she finally found love
This boy was surely the one
One night she gave him what he wanted
And he was never the same, never answered the phone

Day after day, he never looked her way, at the
Tears streaming down her face

BRIDGE

She’s broken, feeling alone in the world
If only someone would tell that girl

CHORUS

Stand up! And believe that
You are you and that’s all you can ever be.
You are wonderful; don’t let him bring you down.
You’re worth more than you could ever believe.
He will push you down, but you can stand back up
Its not easy but you are strong enough
Don’t let him take, your life.

VERSE 3

A girl who always stutters
Has turned into a cutter

A boy was beaten till he bled
He took a gun to his head

The actions we make
could possibly take
A life!

CHORUS

Stand up! And believe that
You are you and that’s all you can ever be.
You are wonderful; don’t let them bring you down.
You’re worth more than you could ever believe.
They will push you down, but you can stand back up
Its not easy but you are strong enough
Don’t let them take, your life.
