I have made mistkes,

Apologies have been made,

But it still aches the pain,

Just trying to help,

Fool have made of myself,

Trying to move on,

It strikes again,

Can not move away,

From the stress and anxiety,

Like a shadow,

Follows me around so I can not let go, Wanting to so,

Just can not let go,

From the voce in my head,

It is not going to be okay,

Even deep down, I know,

This voice,

So strong and controlling,

How did I get mixed up in this,

The wind and the smoke,

Spiralling,

Trying to let go,

Make something of my own,

Just trying to forget,

Move on no resent,

Have to face this somehow,

Work through it and now,

A firework burning in my soul.
