Comparing the Rich and Poor
Most of the time they are the same
The only time they are different is when you call them names
But that’s not alright although to some people it might be
But there is no excuse to being rude to anyone that’s what I see
Rich people may have money or fame
But do they have the personality to match it
Poor people may be the lowest of them all
But they probably are the nicest ones of them all
You got to look inside the book and not the cover
That tuxedo underneath may be a heartless endeavor
You may not agree with me yeah that’s fine
But just remember I will come up and be extremely clever
But taking chances and taking stances
You can always compare to the poor and the rich
Because the heart inside the rich will always lead to defeat

I was inspired to write this poem because I will see someone in my school being a snob and talking about all the nice things there parents bought them and how great there life is. I also see the rich people bullying the poorer people because they don't have a nice house or a fancy jacket.
