The Man on the Train
One man was seated upon the dim train.
His name was Mike and he caused lots of pain.
The pain he caused echoed through the whole town
And turned his life completely upside-down.
He made unwise decisions in a bet.
It took away his fortune by sunset.
The debt he owed was too much to repay.
It made him homeless in the month of May.
He now lives alone in the murky car,
His face disfigured by many a scar.
Time consists of begging for some food,
But the passengers are very crude.
Mike was a decent man in his own head,
But he preferred to be selfish instead.
The man was self centered all of his years.
No wonder he is now filled with life’s fears.
