The Storm
The wind blows, hissing through the air
The trees sway through all the despair
The ground shakes without a care
And I am trapped
The rain falls like the shattering glass
The animals hide hoping all will pass
The wind waits ready to harass
And I have been broken
The waves in the water stumble and crash
The clouds in the sky black like a sash
The sand on the ground turning to mash
And I am unable to breathe
