You Love To Hate
Love is like a fire,
Filled with passion.
Hate is like hell,
That takes your possession.
Fire that surrounds you,
Smoke you inhale.
You love to hate,
From what I can tell.
The mystery of your life,
Is far from what I can read.
But what I can tell is pain,
and that it's hard to breathe.
What can I do,
To get you out of this hell?
What could you do,
To be able to tell?
Can you whisper the words,
So I can understand?
Can you accept,
My helping hand?
You can't,
Because you love to hate.
But me trying to help,
Could be a mistake.
