I don't want to get over you
I want you back.
I don't want to burn your picture;
not one in the whole stack.
Only fate can explain why we met.
Of all the hurtful things you did and said,
I can never find one regret.
I need you certainly from toe to head.
Like red balloons in the sky
I'm the ribbon string; tailing along
facing building tops and soaring twice as high
It's lovelier than the best love song.
You say it should end and that we won't last,
But nothing can ever bring this balloon down to the grass.
