I was always eager for the night
To climb in your car
And go anywhere; far
As I spotted your headlights
I tried to find a place for our last fight
I realized its importance could fit in a jar
When you looked at me like I was a shining star
When everything felt so right
There was no need to question why
It made more sense to be combined
I was living for the simple moments
How we could sit under the sky
Our fingers intertwined
As our words melted into silence
