I miss the sun, its warmth atop my skin
The windows down, the music blares, we dance
The cold ice cream, it drips upon my chin
Days spent outside of school, our final chance

I miss the night fire glow upon my face
With s’mores and songs under dark starry skies
These memories cannot be easily replaced
My memories not easily disguised

I miss playing in deep teal oceans
We splash around without a care so much
But if we have enough sunscreen to tan
Our skin deep tan and piping to the touch

My memories replaced by cold, deep snow
But I wish that they didn't have to go
